The apartment is located on the top of its house, the 3rd floor includes the entrance area and the bedroom. An antique wooden staircase leads you to the 4th floor to the living area with sofa bed, a small kitchenette and a bathroom / WC. A rather practical choice - the exit to the terrace is on the same level as the kitchen.
The apartment has internet WIFI and TV with Italian channels.

If the tenant terminates the contract before the rental period starts and does not name a remplace-ment that accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs ( escl.cleaning ) , as long as a further rental is not possible:

- before 50 days of your arrival we will charge the costs of € 30,—
- up to 49 days before rental period : the deposit of10%( fees )
- up to 21 days before rental period 60% of rental price
- up to 14 days before rental period 90% of rental price
- less than 14 days before rental period 100% of rental price
If the tentant terminates their stay early, they are still responsible to pay the full rental price
