The apartment is located in the largest district of the city, Cannaregio, in the old ghetto, the only place where once the Doge let the Jewish community live. Today, with all the many small and quaint shops, its charming side has come to life, revealing a truthful side of Venetian history.
Close by there is a daily fruit, vegetable and fish market, many shops, restaurants and cafes loved by venetians and famous throughout the city.

We will meet you at the next boat stop and walk with you to the apartment.

Late check in: 8 p.m. - 10 p.m. extra charge of 30,- €/cash.
Guest tax : There is to pay the Venice city tax for the first 5 nights . Adult: from 2€ to 5€ depending on the cadastral category of the apartment; youngsters from 10 to 16 years: 50% ;

If the tenant terminates the contract before the rental period starts and does not name a remplace-ment that accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs ( escl.cleaning ) , as long as a further rental is not possible:
Termination
- before 50 days of your arrival we will charge the costs of € 30,—
- up to 49 days before rental period : the deposit of10%( fees )
- up to 21 days before rental period 60% of rental price
- up to 14 days before rental period 90% of rental price
- less than 14 days before rental period 100% of rental price
If the tentant terminates their stay early, they are still responsible to pay the full rental price
