Apartment Pia welcomes you! We arranged to have at your disposal several board games, German books and various DVD movies for the rainy days! Nice bars, cafes and original restaurant surround the immediate vicinity. The apartment is fully equipped with quality parquet floor, allergy sufferers will find some peace here. It is a Non smoking apartment!

If the tenant terminates the contract before the rental period starts and does not name a remplace-ment that accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs ( escl.cleaning ) , as long as a further rental is not possible:
Termination
- before 50 days of your arrival we will charge the costs of € 30,—
- up to 49 days before rental period : the deposit of 10%( fees )
- up to 21 days before rental period 60% of rental price
- up to 14 days before rental period 90% of rental price
- less than 14 days before rental period 100% of rental price
If the tentant terminates their stay early, they are still responsible to pay the full rental price
